Have just started getting into my Chewie costume after a lot of thought over which wookie to do. Have started with the head and feet.

Heres, some of my progress so far. Started building a clay bust of the mask and toes, plan to make jesmonite moulds and castings.

This was caused by stress to the plastic from the Alien Encounter, which I had played a Marine in twice and was tackled to the ground by 3 xenos at the last event lol. The main damage was to the shoulders, which are riveted to the back section. I saw a tutorial on Spat's website and decided to use his method which, he was shown by Terry English.
