SDS Order Problems?

Posts: 1 05/06/08 18:10:13	I just wanted to find out if others are getting their recent orders fulfilled from SDS Props. I ordered a helmet from AA at the end of March during his 25%off sale and still have not received my item. I have e-mailed him several times since then he keeps saying it will be a couple of weeks. I am aware of his current legal issues and wonder if in a couple weeks his company will be able to fulfill my order any longer, as I have heard the judgement with the LFL/ SDS case is coming down soon. Has anyone else ordered anything lately and had problems? I have ordered many things from him in the past and had no problem but this time I am worried I might lose my $700.00. I paid him through Paypal and I am now thinking of cancelling my order and asking for a refund. Anyone have any advice?

Posts: 4 05/09/08 08:54:23	I have also ordered a number of items from SDS (AA). I understand they are fulfilling orders, now on mid-end March orders. For what it's worth I'm hanging in there............. if outcome of court hearing is not favourable, I suspect there will be an appeal hearing which could take another year! I ordered early April (so at end of discounted offer period) and my money is on AA (literally) to get my stuff out.

Posts: 2 05/09/08 18:04:34	OK, thanks for the advice guys, I feel better now I will give AA the benefit of a doubt a give him another week and a half to deliver. He told me he was behind schedule because of his court hearing. I have bought a lot of stuff from him before and never had any problems. Just with the impending judgement and his legal issues I thought i might get ripped off.
