Hello Roger & welcome to the RPB.
You've posted in the Costuming forum, where I believe it asks that you mail the mods before starting a new thread..!! You could try popping your question in the Stormtrooper thread or better still post up a hello and a little introduction in the General threads  There's loads of knowledgable and talented folks here who I'm sure will be happy to help you.
