NSC Special Weekends

Posts: 53 02/01/07 13:50:44	Tags : None I spoke to Tony and he gave me the thumbs up to post this invitation to the RPB to come along to the NSC events. Last time one of the biggest areas of interest were the displays and demonstrations, you guys rocked and made some serious money for charity. Obviously it would be great to do this again, but I realise that the time required does eat into people's precious free time. I am open to your thoughts on what you think would work and what you can do, but the next event is a Star Wars Bank Holiday weekend on 5, 6 & 7 May. What do you think guys....

Anyone who has been to the NSC, displayed or seen props will know how awesome these events are. We get looked after really well, fed and watered and it great talking to fellow prop collectors and Joe public about our props and costumes. Great way to spend the bank holiday, if you can do all 3 days, great, if not any number of days will be fine. Be there RPB Administrator In Memory of Graham Campbell

If I get a chance between now and the next one malika, I'll try and knock up a Blue Peter style "here's one i made earlier" helmet, either another Boba Fett one or a more Dreddful one. It'll just be various stages of the proccess to a completed one.

I'm currently doing some prosthetic appliances for the movie if they're still up to being used again after the shoot I could always pop them on a dispaly or even show how they actually work.
