I would highly advise anyone who wants to still collect props to read this its very interesting and the beginnings for a possible defence to collect are here,
so have a look and please comment here as well.
Mark (S1999 eagle) Has done a huge amount of work going into this ,contacting the government, speaking to lawyers and generally badgering anyone possible so please take the time to have a look. There are a couple of avenues here worth following
