Well, not exactly a costume.. bit too small... but here's my little freindly droid.
 Roughly full sized, remote controlled.... hits about 25mph on a good flat surface..... like the NEC floor... No sound board just yet though...but will add that soon. Mark

I saw the R2 and threepio at last years NSC ,both are absolutely incredible
 Can yo see anything through the mask ? hats off for an awesome costume .The mouse droid is way cool too ,i will look forward to seeing him

markg73's mouse droid is fantastic. I remember playing Star Wars Online, I had a mouse droid that everyone underestimated but it had a pretty powerful laser built into it.
