On May 28th 2004 I sent Vaderpainter.com (a.k.a. Robert Bean) money for a chest and shoulder armor order. on his website he says they are "available now!" and other stuff about them being in another state so give him about 1 month to get them. After 1 month and nothing received I inquired about an update and got some excuses. After 2 months and nothing I asked for my money back or the prop and got some more excuses. this time istead of the 'available now' stuff and 'I have to travel out of state' excuses he said the "manufacturer" would ship them out that week "July 28th". After 2 more weeks of waiting I again asked for my money back. He will not reply to my e-mails now. If you are looking to buy stuff beware of this guy- you will be out $220.00

Ive always had good dealings with Bob.
Could there be a misunderstanding somewhere along the lines. I find most people are genuinely honest but a misunderstanding or miscommunication (or an oversight) can lead us to think the worst of them when it may not be true. |
